FAQ & POLICIES

Cancellation Policy; We ask for 24hrs notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us time to reschedule you and to fill the now available time slot! We do not have a cancellation fee but please be mindful to give us time to fill the slot.
No Show Policy; We require full payment of your booked treatment if you do not turn up to your appointment. Each appointment is time set aside for YOU, please understand that we are at a loss if you miss your appointment. If you've booked online, you agree to card capture and your card will be charged your appointment cost. We will attempt to contact you prior.

Can I bring my kids?; Yes, but please be mindful that we have breakables, expensive products and quiet treatments in progress. We ask if they can please be peaceful.

Refunds; We do not offer refunds. If you purchase a product that is faulty, it will be replaced. If you are deeply unsatisfied with your treatment, we will rebook you for no charge.
